At Kon Penklis Optometrists, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. However, warranty coverage for each item is ultimately subject to the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer or supplier.

All sunglasses sold through our store are covered under the warranty provided by the original supplier or manufacturer.

Warranty coverage typically includes manufacturer defects such as faulty hinges, lens coating issues, or frame structural faults.

Accidental damage, general wear and tear, misuse, or lens scratches are not covered under warranty.
📝 How It Works

Submit a Warranty Request
Contact us at reception@kpo.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. -
Assessment by Supplier
Once we receive your claim, we will forward it to the relevant supplier or manufacturer for assessment.
⚠️ Please note: the final decision on whether an item qualifies for repair, replacement, or credit is made solely by the supplier. -
Resolution
If approved, the supplier may offer one of the following:-
Repair of the item

Replacement with the same or similar product

Store credit or refund (where applicable)

⏱️ Time Frame
Warranty claims are typically processed within 10–20 business days, depending on the supplier’s turnaround time.
